There has been a big update in WWE which indicates that John Cena and The Rock may once again come face to face this year. The Rock returned to WWE on the way to WrestleMania 41 and completely changed the story of the company. He turned John Cena from a hero to a villain in Elimination Chamber PLE 2025. Since then, Cena has been seen but The Rock has not been seen on TV.
Recently, former WWE worker Jonathan Coachman revealed on “The Coach and Bro Show” that a reliable source from WWE has told him that The Rock and John Cena could be seen together on TV again by the end of this summer. Coachman said that The Rock has remained silent so far but he will return soon.
At Elimination Chamber, The Rock gave Cena the signal to attack Cody Rhodes, and Cena, along with Travis Scott, beat Cody. The Rock did not participate in WrestleMania 41 because he wanted Cena and Rhodes to have the full spotlight on the stage.
Cena then defeated Cody to win his 17th world title and successfully defended it against Randy Orton at Backlash. Now it remains to be seen if Cena and The Rock will face each other again.
